Callie Caraballo is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with ultrasound registries in Abdomen/Small parts and OB/GYN. She has been a Registered Sonographer for over 12 years. Her early career got off to a great start as she was trained in multiple hospitals in Orlando, FL. While there she also served as Medical Manager and Lead Sonographer for a non-profit pregnancy center. In 2017, a move to Midland, TX introduced opportunities in an allergy clinic, a critical access hospital, an outpatient clinic, several freestanding Emergency Rooms, midwifery OBGYN, Maternal Fetal Medicine (High-Risk OB Ultrasound), and travel ultrasound. She was even chosen as a consultant to build a new ultrasound system alongside Japanese engineers, where her expertise was utilized to implement the best technology for the inner workings of a machine from a well-known ultrasound system manufacturer. Callie partnered with a local midwife at a one-of-a-kind healthcare collaborative and built a unique ultrasound experience in a large healthcare collaborative that offered a range of ultrasounds to the West Texas population.

A recent move to be closer to family has brought her to the North Texas area, where she decided to use her wisdom and past experiences to launch her own company. Callie’s strong patient care skills are the heart of the business, and she sees many people return and refer to her because of the elevated care she provides. She prides herself on understanding the resources necessary for pregnancy and postpartum, and she is even a trained Placenta Encapsulator from the Brilliant Birth Academy. She understands birth as she has had two hospital births and two home births. She is a strong advocate for pregnancy loss and those experiencing infertility, as she experienced secondary infertility herself as well as multiple miscarriages.

Callie is a mother to four earthly sons and has been married to her husband, Joash, for almost 16 years. They started this business together to provide excellent care to their new community. They put God first in all they do and believe this company isn’t just for income; it is a ministry to share God’s love for each of us.
