NO-SHOW POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment at our discretion.
Patients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment and do not call 24 hours ahead of their scheduled time to cancel or reschedule their appointment are considered no-shows and will be charged a no-show fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who’s behavior is unacceptable in a public place, anyone who threatens or curses at our staff, and anyone who may cause a huge disruption as we have other providers/clients in our building.
We welcome your children- they can even utilize the play area. But please note, if they are too distracting during your medical ultrasound, an adult will have to escort them out so we can make sure we focus on the ultrasound and get all the images required for a diagnostic report.
